A1. Custom cakes, cupcakes, cake truffles and pops, and dessert shooters. We also provide a variety of pies and tarts, cookies.

A2. We can make display cakes perfect for bridal events, outdoor weddings or magazine shoots. Please contact us to learn more.

Q6. I have my own cake flavor in mind, do you do custom cake flavors?
A6. Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you! Our cake flavors are listed in our Flavors section.
Q7. How far in advance should I place my order?
A7. We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 1 month notice on specialty cake orders.
Q8. Do you have a retail store where I can walk in an purchase cupcakes and desserts on the spot?
A8. Yes, we have cupcakes and desserts, you can eat and place you cake order.
Q9. Is a deposit required when placing an order?
A9. A 50% deposit is required for all orders.
Q10. What methods of payment do you accept?
A10. We accept, cash and Most Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
Q11. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A11. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full one week before delivery date. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Delightful Treats will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery. Please note delivery/setup time is final as noted on your invoice. Changes to delivery/setup must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to event. In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Your satisfaction of our cakes is very important to us. In the case that you are unhappy with your purchase you will be issued store credit up to 20% of your total to go towards a future purchase. Please keep in mind that there is a whole team of people working to make the perfect cake for you.
Q12. Will you work with my florist to decorate the cake?
A12. Yes. You can coordinate with your florist to leave the flowers you have chosen for your cake. Flower placement is included in your delivery and set-up. If you choose for Delightful Treats to provide the flowers, we will be happy to, for just the cost of the flowers. Please keep in mind; however, that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
Q13. What (if any) cake accessories do you rent out?
A13. Cake and cupcake stands are all available for rent. A minimum $50.00 deposit is required for cake display equipment. Deposit amounts may increase, based on replacement cost. Your deposit is refunded, minus a $30.00 rental charge, upon timely return of items. Items are due two days following the event.
Q14. Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
A14. Delivery fees depend on the location , day and time of the event we will provide you an estimate with your cake pricing. We will also provide cake set-up, included in the delivery fee.
